The 22-page manual that accompanies the visual learning module is a resource guide designed to be referenced again and again. It further allows the learner to recognize challenges that the person following a gluten-free diet may be experiencing, and provides techniques to support their needs.

Accreditation:
NFCA is an accredited provider with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The course is accredited for 1.5 CPE.

There are three parts to this course:

  1. Download and read the GREAT Dietitians - Healthcare and Clinical Settings Manual.
  2. View the on-line visual presentation.
  3. Complete the Quiz and download the certificate to secure CPE credits with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

A minimum score of  80% is required to receive credit.

  • Support food service personnel with the development and implementation of a gluten-free menu.
